ASTA HPLC Tests
The ZP Chilli Group offers HPLC Analysis of Chilli Samples for determination of the capsaicinoids within a chilli/chilli derived product.
ChilliPot Testing
The ZP Chilli Group offers chilli testing on its ChilliPot with results given in Scoville Heat Units, ppm of capsaicin and ASTA Pungency Units.
Scoville Test
The ZP Chilli Group does offer the traditional Wilbur Scoville Test of 1912 upon request.
