Testing Chilli Sauces.

1. 100µl of sample and 400µl of ChilliPot buffer are combined in a tube and mixed by pipetting up and down, or mixing on the mixing card.

2. Start the ChilliPot app. Select the sauce and dilution used. 

3. Transfer 50µl of sample on to the sensor Ensure all the electrode test area is covered with sample. Use the pipette tip to spread the sample if necessary. 

4. Initiate the analysis by running the app.
